The tracking snippet on customers' websites
Trackfully customers install a first-party tracking snippet on their own websites to attribute their leads. That snippet stores a first-party visitor identifier (localStorage) in the visitor's browser, scoped to the customer's own domain. It sets no third-party cookies and does not track visitors across unrelated websites.
Responsibility for cookie disclosure and any required consent on a customer's website sits with that customer as data controller. Our documentation tells customers what the snippet stores so they can describe it accurately in their own cookie policies.
