FAQ
Questions, answered
Consent, what gets tracked, how client access works, where your data lives and what it costs. If yours is not here, ask us.
Does it respect cookie consent?
Yes, by design. The snippet stores nothing and captures nothing until your site signals consent (PECR/GDPR). It integrates with any cookie banner in one line.
What exactly gets tracked?
Visits with their marketing context (UTMs, Google click IDs, referrer, landing page) and form submissions. Each lead stores its first and last touch permanently, so attribution never goes stale.
I run an agency. How do clients fit in?
Each client is a project with its own profiles, tracking, leads and reports. Your team sees everything; a project-scoped user sees only their own data, enforced in the database rather than just the interface.
Do you track phone calls?
Not yet. Call tracking is on the roadmap and the platform was architected for it from day one. Forms, spend and reporting are fully live today.
Where is my data stored?
In London (UK), on infrastructure inside the UK/EU data framework. UK-first is a design decision, not an afterthought.
What does it cost?
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of the full product, no card needed. After that, plans start at £29 a month. The pricing page has the full comparison.
