Dashboards, the report builder, channel groupings, and reports that send themselves.

The dashboard

Dashboard shows the range you pick (7/30/90 days or custom): leads, visitors, visits, conversion rate, quote and sales value, ad spend and cost-per-lead — plus leads-and-visits over time, and channel, type and status breakdowns. The totals always match the Lead Manager for the same range.

Attribution model: last non-direct click by default — a lead that clicked a Facebook ad and later returned directly still credits Facebook. Flip to First touch with the toggle to see original-source attribution instead.

Preset and custom reports

Reports ships presets — Leads by Channel, Source/Medium, Campaigns, Landing pages — and a Custom builder: pick a dimension (channel, campaign, landing page, assignee…), tick status/type filters, and Run. Save anything you'll want again.

Channel groupings

Group channels into the buckets you actually report on — e.g. Paid = paid-search + paid-social. Tap channels into a group on the Reports page; every chart and report re-buckets automatically.

Scheduled reports

Three ways to send a report by email:

  1. Templates — one-click setups like Monthly overview or Daily new leads: pick recipients (teammates by name, or any client email), set the day for monthlies, Activate.
  2. Schedule any saved report — daily, weekly, or monthly.
  3. Send once / Send now — fire a report immediately without a schedule.

Recipients don't need a Trackfully login — schedules are how client inboxes get their numbers.
